We often
come across negativity, frustrated, depressed in our thoughts when things do
not go according to our wishes
in our
daily day to day activities. We start hating ourselves. , that's the starting
point of self destruction of our inner soul. We sometimes over estimate, over
expect or sometimes get the heat to achieve something which we havn't done
before, and then if we fail., Frustration deepens.!! we are therefore self
creating a problem with our conscience. Sometime things around us goes wrong,
without any power of control to keep things perfect., we let it happen.
To be in
peace and harmony with the world., we have to reach and understand our inner
soul, the complex of ethical and moral principles that controls or inhibits the
actions or thoughts of our inner-self., the Conscience.
The
Conscience will chatter different version of thoughts, we must select the thoughts
which helps us to be in serenity. if we have to change our outer world, first
we need to change our inner world, with starting of our thought process, that
dictates our action and behavior towards outer world and activities. the
thought pattern will change our behavioral patterns and in turn change our body
language
and action, this practice is worthy to follow for rest of our life to be in
peace and harmony.
We often
come across situations which are full of negativity, discouraging often
downgrading, we need to pause and find a way out to move out
from this
type of circumstances, which are breaking the peace and harmony to our
activities. We have to help our own soul to be in peace.
Peace and
harmony comes from small things around us, we have to focus on positive path
that will lead us to achieve peace and harmony, mediation
is
important to reach our inner soul, we attract what we dwell on, our body and
soul should be connected to one self to change our thought process
and
action vice versa, we need to listen to our inter voice which are positive ones
and those voices will forecast the direction of our life to full serenity.
we must
believe that everything happens for a purpose and a reason, we must believe
that whatever negative happened is for a reason, these are the guidelines
to change
our inner soul from negativity to positivist, we should stop complaining to
ourselves whatever negative happened to us, instead focus on why happened and
find a remedy by being positive with our future actions and thoughts to
eliminate negativity in our life. Meditation is the only way to remain in self
seeking activities.
We should
practice healthy communication, which is a key element in keeping peace and
harmony in your life. Good communication eliminates being misunderstood, and
prevents stressful situations. we have to be Organized. Organizing our
surroundings, and managing our time wisely helps give us a clear head for
making wise choices. our choices are dependent on our thoughts that precede it.
How can you make a wise decision if we thoughts are cluttered and unorganized.
Thoughts
are powerful, after all, everything ever created started with a thought. We are
creating our tomorrow with the thoughts we have today. Taking control of our
thoughts will give us a sense of stability, and with that stability brings
peace and harmony.
